Basis was established in 1981. We started by providing custom programming. Hundreds of companies from the very largest like Exxon and The Chase Bank to small local stores became customers. We developed certain programs into our products. We then focused on our products exclusively. We pride ourselves on Customer satisfaction. That is why even our first customers are still with us. We now specialize in one product: 4Renters - software for Party Rental Businesses.

With the advent of the internet and consequently improved modem communications, the kind of support that has kept our customers happy for so many years has been available by phone for years. Having thoroughly tested our ability to support customers properly by phone, we have accepted new customers all across the USA.

Basis has developed its products for Windows ^®. Our products run in all current versions of Windows^®.
