After serving in corporate planning for G.M., G.E. and The Chase Manhattan Bank, I felt the need to interact with a different type of person. I needed to start my own business. In 1981 PC technology was just advanced enough to allow contract programming for smaller companies. So I started a company that would provide custom software for small local companies.

The main criteria for establishing this business was contact with small business owners who had to make every decision count and be very smart and dedicated to maintain and grow a successful buisness. From my experience in the larger corporations I learned that the small business is put at a disadvantage in their relations with large suppliers. I admired independant owners who are able to overcome the stacked deck.

I am dedicated in my effort to provide the best possible software for these owners.

Based on this type of relationship, my customers have become my friends. It is a good way to make a living. Everyone benefits in many ways.
